Boogie Bounce
Boogie Bounce is a 50-minute, low-impact cardio class—35 minutes of bouncing and 15 minutes of full-body conditioning. Using a mini trampoline, the class combines small, controlled movements like jumping, bouncing, frogging, and stomping to music in a fun, party-like atmosphere.
The trampoline mat adds resistance, making the workout 2–3 times more effective than a typical aerobics class. Boogie Bounce uses High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to maximize fat burning while engaging deep core muscles for strength and stability.
Our fully qualified instructor, Helen welcomes all fitness levels, shapes, and abilities, focusing on motivation, fun, and long-term results. The program delivers high-impact health benefits without the joint stress of traditional aerobic workouts, making fitness quick, effective, and enjoyable.
Fitness Pilates
Fitness Pilates is a 50-minute session blending traditional Pilates principles with functional fitness to improve core strength, posture, flexibility, and overall body tone.
