"After many years of not living a healthy life, last year I had a bit of a wake up call, which made me finally get off my backside and do something about it. With not being a fan of the gym seen, the thought of working out infant of people is not my thing at all. I was at a loss as to where to start. So diet came first, which was fine but not enough to make the changes I needed to. Then took up running with my sister, which we both actually enjoyed. Then with a little encourgament from my sister, I got introduced to the life of Boogie Bounce, and I haven't looked back since. My first session I felt like a rabbit in headlights. But at no point did anyone pass judgement on how bad or good I was doing. At the end of the day we are all there for the same reason. As much as it killed me, I was hooked. Helen is an amazing woman. She makes you feel so at ease and is always encouraging you to push a little harder. So from being well over 13 stone I am now at a very comfortable 10 stone. I feel 100% better health wise and so much more confident. I wouldn't be without it now. Anything is possible if you just have that bit of motivation."

3 STONE OFF IN 18 MONTHS 

"My fitness journey began in April 2016, shortly after I was diagnosed with depression. My focus has always been my mental health, and Boogie Bounce has been the very best anti- represent I could ask for! I now take a twice weekly dose and I seriously don't know what I would do without it in my life. What ever your goals are, physical or mental, don't delay any longer, just take the plunge like I did. Thank you for the constant passion and energy you put in. Your classes have kept me coming back but not only that I have now been discharged from my consultant regarding my lung disease. I will always have it but my body and fitness is now incredible. They couldn't believe my change when going up this week. Even my pulse rate is low at 49 showing how blinking healthy my heart is. Boogie Bounce is the first form of exercise I have not given up on and inspired me to make the change to be healthy.
